UPSEE 2015: Exam Date, Eligibility, Admissions

About the Exam

The Uttar Pradesh State Engineering Exam (UPSEE 2015) is conducted by Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU) for the admission in to various graduate and postgraduate degree courses. The examination is conducted for the admission to the following courses:

• B.Tech
• B.Pharm
• M.C.A
• B.Arch
• B.FAD
• BHMCT

Every year thousands of students appear for UPSEE examination for getting admission to various top colleges of Uttar Pradesh.

Eligibility for UPSEE 2015

The candidates appearing for the UPSEE exam must fulfill the eligibility criteria before appearing for the exam. The eligibility criteria for UPSEE 2015 are mentioned below:

• The candidate must have passed class 12^th from a recognized board.
• The candidate appearing for the exam  should have scored an aggregate of 45% (In case of general candidate) and 40% (In case of reserved category candidate) in the qualifying examination.
• The candidates must be passed/appearing in the class 12 th or senior secondary examination   with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology etc.

UPSEE 2015 Application Form

The UPSEE 2015 application form will be available from March, and the candidates have to submit the completely filled application form till mid of April (the exact date for filling up the application form are not yet decided by UPTU). The interested Candidates can fill the application form in two modes:

Online: Candidates have to fill the form online from UPTU website and send the confirmation page to the University

Offline: Visiting the help desk centre by UPTU and send the confirmation page to the university.

The interested candidates have to pay the application fees by debit/credit card, net banking or challan. In case of general and OBC candidates the application is Rs.1000 while for ST/SC and women applicant the application fees is Rs.500

UPSEE 2015 Exam Pattern

The candidates appearing for the UPSEE Exam 2015 must thoroughly understand the exam pattern so that they can score well in the examinations. The exam pattern for the UPSEE exam is been mentioned below:

The question paper will consist of 150 questions from Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology based on the syllabus of class 11^th and 12^th. The paper will be of objective type having 4 options for each answer. The candidates have to choose one correct response for every question.

The candidate must note that there is no provision of negative marking, so candidates can attempt as many questions as they can.

UPSEE Admit Card

The candidates are informed that the UPSEE admit card will be declared by the UPTU in their official website by the last week of March 2015 (tentative). Here we will provide complete information regarding UPSEE admit card as soon as it will be declared officially.

UPSEE Result

The UPSEE exam result 2015 will be declared by the university in the month of June, 2015. The candidates can check their result in the official website of the UPSEE after it is being declared by the university. The candidates who has qualified in the examination are supposed to attend UPSEE counselling 2015.

UP Polytechnic (JEECUP 2015): Application Form, Exam Date

Uttar Pradesh Board of Technical Education (UPBTE) under the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Uttar Pradesh conducts the Uttar Pradesh Polytechnic Examination, which is known as UP Polytechnic Examination or Joint Entrance Examination Council Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP) for the admission in the study of various disciplines of Engineering leading to the diploma courses orpolytechnic diploma courses through the many designated institutions or polytechnics across the UP state.

JEECUP 2015 Application Form

The admission process for the year 2015 is on with the application forms that are available now. The Board is inviting the application form from the eligible candidates for UP Polytechnic 2015 or JEECUP 2015 entrance examination for engineering diploma courses. The candidates will have to check the eligibility and instruction carefully before filling the form otherwise, in case of any deviation in eligibility and application norms, the board will reject the application of such candidates. The details will be available on the official website of examination council.

The Board has been announced the JEECUP application form 2015 which are open from the 2nd Feb 2015 till to 10th March 2015 on the official site of the board.

The board has announced the examination date of JEECUP 2015 which will be held on 3rd May 2015 on Sunday at 8:00 am to 11:00 am (for group A) and at 02:30 pm to 05:30 pm (for group B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K).

Eligibility

The candidates who wish to apply JEECUP 2015 would have qualified the 10^th examination with minimum 35% marks or intermediate or B.Sc from any government recognized board or university. Only Indian citizens would appear in this examination. The candidates who are resident of Uttar Pradesh would get the preference on 85% seats, rest 15% are the management seats.

Application Fees

Beside the reserved categories, all candidates will have to pay Rs. 300/- as the application fees. Candidates belonging the reserved categories have to remit only Rs. 200/- as the application fees.

The candidates can see a link for “Apply online for JEECUP 2015”, the interested candidate can click on the link and follow the instructions in order to register for the JEECUP 2015.

The candidates will have to fill the application form carefully and better before reading the instructions given on the website. The candidates will have to pay the application fees by e-Challan. For further use, the candidates may print the application form.

Selection criteria

The selection of the candidates would be done only on the basis of ranks of JEECUP 2015, scored by the candidates.

After passing the examination, the candidates may get the admission in trades of their choice as electrical, mechanical, computer science, information technology, computer application and hotel management.
