Application Form

The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) Rajasthan conducts the Rajasthan Polytechnic Admission through the Board of Technical Education Rajasthan (BTER). The board regulates all the application procedure and allocation of seats in various designated colleges and institutions that offers the Diploma courses in Engineering throughout the Rajasthan state.

Eligibility

• Those wishing to pursue the polytechnic diploma in engineering and wishing to appear in Rajasthan Polytechnic 2015 should have passed 10^th/12^th or ITI or its equivalent examinations conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) or Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE).
• The candidates must have minimum 15 years of age on the last date of application.
• The candidate should have minimum 35% marks in 10^th examinations.

Admission Procedure

The aspirants will have to go through the proper channel of the admission process. First they need to submit the online application fees of Rs. 300/- at E-Mitra/CSC Kisok and get the receipt. Then applicants need to download the application form, which will be available on the official website at www.dte.rajasthan.gov.in and fill it carefully.

Now students will be required to submit their application form online and take the print out of the same. For offline part of the submission, the candidates will have to enclose the relevant academic certificates like 10^th/12^th mark sheets & certificates, category claimed certificate, birth certificate and fees receipt along with the print copy of the application form and send by registered post or speed post to the address as following.

Selection Process

The Board of Technical Education Rajasthan (BTER) will shortlist the candidates on the basis of their marks by BTER polytechnic result 2015  and generate the merit list by calculating the marks in10^thexaminations also. The BTER will call for the short listed candidates for counselling. The BTER will allocate the seats to the candidates as per the counselling. After the successful span of this procedure, the candidates will get admission in Rajasthan polytechnic colleges. After getting the admission in polytechnic, students will require reporting at their nodal centre and submit their fees.
