Haryana DET 2015: Application Form, Exam Date, Pattern

Haryana Diploma Entrance Test 2015 is a state entrance test conducted by the Haryana State Technical Education Society, under the Department of Technical Education, Government of Haryana. Haryana DET has been conducted every year for the admission to various diploma courses (More than 37 courses) in the field of Engineering and Hotel Management offered by the polytechnics and other institutions across the Haryana state.

Haryana DET Application Form

The HSTES will invite the online application form from all the eligible candidates to appear in the Diploma Entrance Test 2015. The application form would be available only on the official website of HSTES in the month of April 2015. The reservation will be given as per the norms of the state government of Haryana.

Eligibility

For appearing in the Haryana DET 2015 all aspirants should have passed minimum 10^th or SSC examination from a government recognized board or its equivalent. For lateral entry scheme through Haryana DET (L) 2015, the candidates should have passed 12th class or its equivalent from a recognized board.

How to Apply

All eligible candidates who wish to pursue the Engineering Diploma in the field of engineering and hotel management would have to register online for applying the application for DET 2015. There would not be the provision of offline application.

Before filling the online form, candidates must read the guidelines and instructions carefully. After the completion of form there would be the provision of payment by e-Challan through online mode. Within a week of application, the candidates would get the roll No. and seat No. for appearing the DET 2015 examinations.

Examination Pattern

The DET 2015 will follow the syllabus of 10^th standard. The examination will consist of just one paper of 100 minutes of attempting the 100 objective type questions as 1 mark for the each right answer. There will not be the negative marking for wrong answer. The questions will be based on the subjects or topics as Aptitude and General Awareness test, English, Science and Mathematics. In case of mark on more than one circle in answer sheet, no marks will be awarded. The question paper will be offered in both languages Hindi and English.

Selection Process

The seats will be distributed on the basis of rank scored by the candidates in Haryana DET 2015 throughHaryana polytechnic result 2015. In case of equal numbers of two candidates, the highest rank will be given to highest scorer in any of the one subject or as per the age seniority subsequently.
