Jharkhand Polytechnic 2015

Jharkhand Polytechnic Entrance Competitive Examination (PECE 2015) is conducted by the Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) for the admission to the polytechnic courses offered by various polytechnic institutions located within the limit of Jharkhand state.

The examination is held every year in the month of May. Students those seeking for the polytechnic engineering courses shall have to crack this state level examination to get the admission in polytechnic courses of their choice.

Jharkhand Polytechnic 2015 Application Form

The JCECEB will conduct the polytechnic examination in Jharkhand known as the PECE 2015 for admission to the government and non-government polytechnic (male/female) institutions. The application will be invited from the local residential candidates of Jharkhand for admission inpolytechnic engineering diploma courses offered by the institutions located in the limit of Jharkhand.

The application form along with the prospectus will be available at the GPOs (Grand Post Offices), Main post offices and other sub-post offices in all main cities of the state Jharkhand on payment (application form fees) of Rs. 490/- for general and OBC (class 1 and 2) and Rs. 315/- for SC and ST candidates.

The candidates shall have to submit the filled application form via registered post or speed post to the following address. No other mode of submission the form will be accepted including by hand.

PECE 2015 Eligibility

Before filling the form the candidate should have to ensure the eligibility to appear in this examination.

• The candidates of any age would may apply for PECE 2015 except mining engineering in which the minimum age should not less than 17 years as on the 1^st July of the year of examination.
• The candidates should belong to the Indian nationality and the local resident of Jharkhand State having a local residential certificate issued by the proper authority and assigned by state government.
• The candidates belong to the reserved category should have to produce the category certificate to get the benefit of reservation policy of state government.
• The aspirants should have passed the 10^th class or its equivalent with minimum of 35% from the recognized board.
• The candidates appearing 10^th examination will also be eligible to appear the PECE 2015 examination. They must have to show the 10^th class passing certificate before or at the counselling to the examination board.

Syllabus

The PECE examination paper will be in both the Hindi and the English language. The nature of the examination will be in objective type questions. The syllabus of this examination will pick from the physics, chemistry and mathematics subjects of class 10^th standard.
