Information and Communication Technology, better known as ICT, is a combination and application of three medians: IT, telecommunication and broadcast. Globalization and invention of multiple means of communication have thrown open the requirement for candidates with strong technological skills in almost every domain. The branch is an amalgamation of telephonic communication lines, wireless signals of telecommunications, computers, and relevant software for storage of information that users can work with. This branch stresses on unified communication. It is a convergence of audio-visual and telephone networks with computer networks through a single cabling or link system. ICT covers any product that will store, retrieve, manipulate, transmit or receive information electronically in a digital form, for example, personal computers, digital television, email, robots. You will also learn to merge different network systems for the utility of organizations and individuals.
