Carpet and Textile Engineering is a branch of engineering which deals with the scientific techniques with manufacturing and yearning of different forms of textiles in the factory. The program studies the chemical and physical principles which are utilized for the analysis of the behavior of the polymers which are used for textile production. The main aim of this course is to design and control of all aspects of production process, machineries, products and fibers. Graduates in this field study the basic physical sciences and mathematics, but with a larger focus chemistry than perhaps in other areas. They can choose to focus on a variety of areas within the field. Graduates from this field are mainly employed in industrial sectors and find excellent job opportunities.
