Admission Procedure and Eligibility:
Post Graduate:Master's: One should have possessed B Arch / BE or B Tech in relevant branch of Engineering, with minimum 50% marks (40% for SC/ST) in the qualifying examination or equivalent grade from any recognized University / Institute to be eligible for Master's in Urban & Regional Planning. M Tech: However, graduates with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from any recognized Institute / University with minimum 50% marks (40% for SC/ST) in qualifying examination or equivalent grade can apply for M Tech programmes.
Doctorate:
Students who have completed post graduation in relevant specialization (as decided by the concerned School) with at least 60% aggregate marks (55% for SC/ST) from any University / Institution established by law can apply.
Integrate:
Pass in 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized Board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics scoring at least 50% marks (40% for SC/ST) can apply.
