Government of Maharashtra
has decided to conduct a Common Entrance Test for selection to all degree
courses in Engineering/Technology and Pharmacy courses. The Competent Authority
for the ‘MT-CET 2013’ is Director of Technical Education, Mumbai.
The application form for MT-CET 2013 is common for all the above said courses. However, the information brochures for Engineering/Technology courses and Pharmacy course are separate. The results of MT-CET 2013 will be made available at the website of Directorate of Technical Education (http://www.dte.org.in/mtcet2013).
The Government of Maharashtra has opted to join the National Level JEE from the academic year 2014-15. The admissions to the First Year of Engineering/Technology will be carried out on the basis National Level Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) from the academic year 2014-15. Please refer the Government Resolution for detail information.
