RGPV National Entrance Test 2013

Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya also known as Rajiv Gandhi Technical University (RGTU) and by the name State Technological University of Madhya Pradesh, is an Indian multi-campus affiliating university in Madhya Pradesh. It has campuses and affiliated colleges in Bhopal, Sagar, Indore, Jabalpur, Gwalior, etc.

RGPV was established by the government of Madhya Pradesh Act No. 13 of 1986. The university was established as a common university for all the technical institutes, mainly including engineering and pharmacy colleges in the state of Madhya Pradesh. The university was named after the former Prime Minister of India, Rajiv Gandhi. All the colleges of Engineering, Pharmacy, Science and Technology as well as the Polytechnics affiliated to various universities and Boards of Technical Education are affiliated to the newly set up University of Technology.

RNET 2013 Eligibility Criteria

Candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination, conducted by Board of Secondary Education, Madhya Pradesh or any other recognised board, in first division (Relaxation of 5% marks for Reserved Category Candidates of Madhya Pradesh) securing pass marks separately in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.

RNET 2013 Exam Date

RNET 2013 will be held on 28th April, 2013.

How to Apply ?

1. Application form can be downloaded from the official website of RGPV. 
2. The examination fee for Unreserved (UR) & Other Backword Class (OBC) candidates is Rs. 1000/-. The examination fee for candidates belonging to Schedule Cast (SC) and Schedule Tribe(ST) categories of Madhya Pradesh domicile is Rs. 600/-. 
3. After filling the RNET 2013 examination form, take the print out. Completely filled Application should be sent to the following Address:

Documents need to submitted along with online application: 

1. Completed Application Form with your and parent / guardian's signature. 
2. Your colour photograph (of size 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm) affixed on application appropriately. 
3. Attested copy of 10th class certifiate for Date of Birth.
4.  Attested copy of category certificate if you belong to SC/ST/OBC. 
5. Attested copy of MP domicile certifiacte in case of SC/ST/OBC category. 

Important Dates

RNET 2013 Online Application Form will be available from : 25th February, 2013.
RNE 2013 last date for submission of online form : 10th April, 2013.
RGPV National Entrance Test Date : 28th April, 2013.
