About V-SAT 2015

Vignan’s University, Guntur has announced the exam dates for Vignan's Scholastic Aptitude Test (V-SAT 2015), which will be conducted in April 2015. The V-SAT will be held from Thursday, April 23, 2015 to Monday, April 27, 2015.
V-SAT is conducted for taking admission to Bachelors of Technology (B.Tech) program offered in Agricultural Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electronics & Computer Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Bioinformatics, Petroleum Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Food Technology and Textile Technology for the commencing session 2015.

Important Dates for  V-SAT 2015

Sale of application forms: November 20, 2014 onwards
Last date for receipt of filled in applications: April 10, 2015
Online Test Date is: April 23, 2015 to April 27, 2015 (Test Time – Slot-I: 09.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon; Slot-II: 02.00pm to 05.00pm., Venue: Vignan’s University, Vadlamudi, Guntur-522213 (AP)

Counselling of merit listed Applicants for admission: May 20, to May 30, 2015

Eligibility Criteria of  V-SAT 2015

• Applicants born on or after 01st July 1994 and a pass in Intermediate or its equivalent with minimum 60 percent aggregate marks are eligible to appear for the admission test
• Admission to B.Tech programmes will be through an on-line test V-SAT 2015 (Vignan’s Scholastic Aptitude Test. V-SAT is an on-line test conducted by Vignan’s University on all India basis)

Procedures To Apply for  V-SAT 2015

• Application forms will be issued from 20th November 2014 onwards; there are three modes of registration as under (for details visit our website www.vignanuniversity.org/admissions).
• Applicants can obtain applications by post from the University Office on payment of Rs.1000/- through demand draft (DD) drawn in favour of Vignan University, payable at Guntur or in person from any of Vignan Schools or Colleges at Guntur, Hyderabad, Eluru, Rajahmundry, Visakhapatnam and Vignan offices at Vijayawada, Guntur and Hyderabad.
• Applications can also be obtained from Head Post Offices throughout the State of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana (for details refer to inside of back cover page of this booklet).
• Application form can be downloaded from the University website www.vignanuniversity.org/appl
• The filled application along with the demand draft (DD) for Rs.1000/- drawn in favour of Vignan University, payable at Guntur must be sent to reach the address given below before the last date specified.
• Applicants should write their name and address on the reverses of demand draft.
• The completed applications must be sent to the following address so as to reach before the last date specified.
