AP Polycet 2015

Andhra Pradesh Polytechnic Common Entrance Test commonly abbreviated as AP Poly CET 2015 is polytechnic entrance exam conducted by Andhra Pradesh State Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET) Hyderabad, for the admission to diploma courses in technical/engineering/non-engineering courses in various institutes and colleges in Andhra Pradesh. Every year thousands of students appear for the AP Poly CET exam to take admission in various top private and government polytechnic colleges of Andhra Pradesh.

Application Form

The AP Poly CET 2015 application forms will be available in the month of April 2015. The interested candidates can fill the application form online from the official website of Andhra Pradesh State Board of Technical Education and Training (www. sbtetap.gov.in). To help the students in filling the application form the board has made arrangement so that the students can fill the application forms from the online centre, the candidates can fill the application forms on payment of fees to these centers. The AP Poly CET exam will be conducted in the month of May and the AP Polycet results 2015 will be announced within one month after the successful completion of the exam 2015. The application forms and examination dates are not yet declared by SBTET, as soon as any information is available regarding the application form and exam date of AP polytechnic we will update the data in our website.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidates appearing for the AP Poly CET 2015 exam must make sure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria in order to appear for the exam. The details of the eligibility criteria are mentioned below:
The candidate must have passed or appearing class 10th. The candidates who have passed with compartments are also eligible to apply.
The candidates must belong to Andhra Pradesh or must have completed their class 10th from the school based in AP.

The Board has been announced the correction period for the students those need to correct their application form via online through their user ID. JEE Main 2015 Correction
On the other hand candidates who score good rank in JEE Main exam can get admission in various central and state government engineering colleges, including top private colleges or universities. Therefore the JEE Main exam 2015, is an important exam for the aspirants so as to get admission in their preferred institute or university.
In the year 2014, around 13 lakh student appeared for JEE Main exam. The JEE Main 2015 will be conducted in two modes online and offline. Online is the computer based exam and candidates will mark their answers on computers, whereas in offline mode candidate will write their exam on papers. The candidates will be selected on the basis of all India rank (AIR) calculated on the basis of JEE Main score and marks scored by candidates in class 12th in the ratio (60:40).

JEE Main Admit Card
The candidate can download the JEE Main admit card from the official website of the JEE Main from the 1st March, 2015 onwards. Candidates will be required to enter their application no. and password for downloading their JEE Main admit card.

EAMCET 2015: Notification, Exam Dates, Application Form, Eligibility

EAMCET (Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Examination) 2015 is a state level examination for those seeking the admission into UG courses conducted by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad on the behalf of the state council of technical education. The rank will be provided on the basis of marks scored by the candidates in EAMCET 2015 examination for admissions. The minimum qualifying marks will be 25% of the total marks for General and OBCs and there is no criterion for minimum qualifying score for SC and ST candidates. The EAMCET examination held every year in the Andhra Pradesh (AP) State. Qualified candidates will be eligible to get the direct admissions into both government and private colleges.

EAMCET 2015 Eligibility

The JNTU (Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University) will conduct the EAMCET 2015 examination on the behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Technical Education. The Council has decided the minimum eligibility to appear in EAMCET 2015. Before filling the form, the candidates must have to check their eligibility whether it is meeting with the norms. The minimum eligibility criterion is as the following:
  • The candidates must have completed their 17 years of age on or before 31st December 2015.
  • The candidates must belong to the Andhra Pradesh state.
  • The candidates must be of Indian Nationality, Overseas Citizen of India – OCI (card holder) or person of India Origin (POI).
  • The candidates must have passed the Intermediate examination or its equivalent from a recognized board with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry or Biology or Biotechnology with minimum 45% marks for General or 40% marks for the reserved categories to meet the eligibility of EAMCET 2015.
  • The candidates those appearing in the 10+2 or its equivalent examinations, will also eligible to appear in EAMCET 2015. They should have to show their passing certificate at the time of admission.

Application Form

The EAMCET 2015 application form will be available online on the official website of JNTU on the month of February 2015. The aspirants may fill the form only via online mode. No other mode of application will be acceptable except online. First, the aspirants shall have to register for application form then they will be eligible to fill the form via online mode. The aspirants must have to feed the required details in the application form. After the completion of application form filling process, one need to go for submission of the application form fee also via online through debit card/ credit card/ Mee Seva online centre/ AP online centre. The application fee is Rs. 250/- for engineering applications and Rs. 250/- for agriculture and medical applications. The aspirants wish to appear in all examinations, must have to pay application fees as Rs. 500/- for engineering, agriculture and medical examinations. The candidates may pay the application fees by sending a DD along with the filled application form to the address given as mentioned below. Examination Pattern

The EAMCET 2015 examination will be held on the 10th May 2015 in two shifts as 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. the exam will be comprised in two papers, as one for engineering aspirants and other for agriculture and medical aspirants. Both papers will be asked separately in 160 objective type questions of 3 hours duration. There is no clause for negative marking. Each correct answer will be rewarded with one mark. The examinations will be asked in two languages as English and Telugu. Only at the Hyderabad centre, there will be liberty to choose the Urdu language in EAMCET 2015. In Each question paper there will be 40 questions based on Physics, 40 questions based on Chemistry and 80 questions based on Mathematics subject. All candidates are advised to carry the EAMCET 2015 admit card along with them.

EAMCET 2015 Syllabus

EAMCET syllabus will include in three major subjects as Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The candidates should have a thorough knowledge in order to crack the EAMCET 2015.

Counselling

The candidates those will qualify the EAMCET 2015 will avail the counselling process conducted by the JNTU, Hyderabad. The EAMCET 2015 counselling process will be done in two phases as documents verification and counselling round. The document verification will play an important role which may lead the disqualification on the basis of incomplete or unsatisfactory documents. In the counselling round, the candidates may choose their college priority in descending order. The admission will be provided on the basis of rank, priority and seats available in the desired college. The candidates should be available or reached in time at the prescribed centre for EAMCET 2015 counselling along with the required documents. JCECE 2015
