Vignan Scholastic Aptitude Test 2013

Vignan University is a private university in the Guntur district Andhra Pradesh, India. It is in the rural area of Vadlamudi, on the southeastern part of Guntur City. The institution began as Vignan's Engineering College in 1997 and was affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad as a part of the Vignan Foundation for Science, Education & Research. It was conferred the status of a Deemed University by the University Grants Commission, Government of India in 2008 and was renamed Vignan University.

Vignan University conducts Vignan Scholastic Aptitude Test – VSAT 2013 Online Test for B.Tech admissions. Vignan University B.Tech Admission through VSAT 2013 / JEE Main 2013 / EAMCET.

VSAT-2013 Eligibility Criteria

1. Candidates pass in Intermediate or its equivalent with minimum 60% aggregate marks are eligible to appear for the VSAT 2013 B.Tech Admission Test.
2. Admission to B.Tech Programs will be through an Online Test Vignan’s Scholastic Aptitude Test 2013.
3. Candidates who attempt Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English / Aptitude in the VSAT 2013 are eligible for all the B.Tech programs.
4. Candidates who attempt Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English / Aptitude in the VSAT 2013 are eligible only for B.Tech Biotechnology Program.

VSAT-2013 Question Pattern

1. The VSAT 2013 B.Tech Question Paper will be in English and consists of 4 sections ( Maths or Biology, Physics, Chemistry and English / Aptitude ).
2. All Questions are of multiple choice and objective type. Each question has 4 options. Choose the right option and mark it on the OMR sheet.
3. Each correct answer carries one mark. There is no negative marking for wrong answer.

1. Applications are available at Post Offices and all Vignan Institutions and offices in A.P.
2. Download the application from the University Website www.vignanuniversity.org
3. By Sending a DD of Rs.800/- for P.G Course with self addressed stamped envelope.
4. By Sending a DD of Rs.800/- for UG Course with self addressed stamped envelope.
5. DD should be drawn in favor of Vignan University Payable at Guntur on any scheduled bank and sent to: Director Admissions, Vignan University, Vadlamudi, Guntur Dist - 522 213, Andhra Pradesh, India.
